Not impressed
Received it with quite a few dents/dings but for what I paid for it () I was willing to overlook those. So the lamp has a very unique look compared to what you'll find on most shelves but beyond the enjoyable looks i haven't found it very efficient or functional. Its somewhat like a flashlight where it provides ample light as long as you hold your reading material directly underneath.. as far as light to fill the surrounding space, it fails miserably. The "natural light" is far too harsh to use the lamp on its own for nighttime reading and such. I bought it for heavy-duty reading on my desk and on a side-table near the couch (grad school!) and its failed in either of those capacities.

Nice light for reading. Flexible height and angle. Very nice. Great price. Clean look. Quite pleased. Ordered a second one.

Just like natural light.
I purchased the lamp for my office at work. The office is a space with no exterior windows. This lamp has two features I have come to appreciate. The first is that because the height is adjustable, I have been able to fit it above my work table that holds a printer. The second great feature is the type of light -- just like natural light and with no hum of the bulb.

Great Light
This is a nice looking lamp and puts out allot of light as well. The item looks good on the site but I was even more impressed with the quality when I received the actual product. This is a great value at this price!

It is not Bronzed finish but nice
I bought because it was a bronze finish but it is brown. Not a shade of brown or in certain light, It is brown. If this matches your decor the overall function and look is fine.

I bought 2 for my bedroom. They look stunning and they give enough light to read in bed.

They are very becutiful and the price was right. Overall I don't like order furniture on my computer when you can't really see what you are get. They are smal than i thought but ok as they are for decoration my room and not reading my books. I can just look at them sometimes.

Table lamp adds serenity to room
The organic look of this lamp combines with the variability of light intensity to create a highly controllable, calming ambiance. The rustic finish of the base complements our old-farmhouse décor, and I imagine that the lamp would fit nicely in many eclectic applications. At under , the base would be a good buy even without the understated shade.

Ours arrived with the switch bent, but that was easily remedied without tools. Since the lamp has been in our den, it has withstood a severe blow to the shade with no ill effect. (It's sturdy.)

This is also an excellent reading lamp.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED - NOT HAPPY

THE SOCKET ASSEMBLY & BASE LOOKED BLACK INSTEAD OF BRONZE. THERE WAS A LOT OF CORD BETWEEN THE BASE AND THE SOCKET ASSEMBLY AND IT WOULD NOT GO DOWN INTO THE BASE OR UP INTO THE SOCKET ASSEMBLY. I EXPECTED A LOT BETTER THAN THIS.

Textured Bronze-Finish Table Lamp

Really Attractive Lamp for a Small Price
After looking for weeks for an attractive lamp that was fairly small but still used a 3-way bulb up to 150 watts, I was amazed to find this one. Money was not really an issue, but when I saw this for such a low price, I was surprised. The size and color were perfect. I took a chance, ordered it, and was very pleased when it arrived. It has an expensive, elegant look. The only reason it did not rate 5 stars is that the shade had a stitching flaw; however, I was able to turn it so that you don't notice it. The lamp has garnered many compliments, and no one has a clue how little it cost or that it did not come from an up-scale store!

Antique copper-Finish Table Lamp
There are pretty lamps for the price. I guess this is the first time I bought something on line without a really clear idea of the product. I thought the lamp would be taller and bigger, although it is OK as a desk lamp, but the ones I had before were definitely larger. Also. although I do not like bright lights, the lamps are really dim unless one puts a high wattage bulb. I read the instructions and indeed one should not put a large bulb (regardless of wattage) in it because it comes to close to the fabric. I did put a smaller bulb, but I am thinking about getting a small "clear one" and of higher wattage to see if the result is brighter. Still as I say, these are pretty lamps especially if they are not the only source of lighting for a room. Oh, and they are indeed easy to put together.

Antiqued copper-finish table lamp
We were very please with our purchase. We decided to buy both the table lamp and the floor lamp after reading the other reviews. These lamps were even better then we expected comparing them to lamps we looked at in the furniture stores. There was no comparison pricewise. We got a much better deal.

Definitely worth buying
I bought the floor lamp first and I liked it so much that I bought the table lamp. They look great in my living room.
